How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I didn't had new goal; initially I planned to used all of my transfer to buy transportation (motorbike) for my spouse to run; with this we will be able to continuously pay our children school fees and attend to all of our household needs.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly do well in giving cash to us with no discrimination and allowing us to spend the transfer according to our desires.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used part of my transfer to buy motorbike (transportation) for my spouse to be able to cater to my children schooling, and I spend the remaining one to paid my children school fees and buy food for my household.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I do not have a new plan, my money was saved to buy a motorbike for business purposes .
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly did well by giving me free phone and sim card. They did not stop there, they gave me free money I did not work for. That is the best thing I have ever seen in my entire life. They have not done anything that is bad.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My plan is to buy a motorbike so that my husband can be riding. He currently rides motorbike that is owed by someone else, so we find it difficult to sustain our family. He has to ride, make report and keep the balance for us, his family.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly is doing well by giving us phone, sim card and money. I see all that they are doing to be good.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am a business minded person so if I am to receive the transfer I will invest it into business
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am struggling on a daily basis to get money to send my kids to school and was really glad when my first child and the third one were promoted.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My family and I are struggling to get food and even the soil is not really good to produce rice as such we end up producing charcoal
