How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The new goal I have set before receiving this transfer is to buy additional bundle of zinc and start building my own house since I have started selling from my previous transfer . I am living in my mother in law house in this village. My dreamed had been to build my own house when I haven't to get money. Thanks to God that Givedirectly extended her cash support to this village. I am very happy for the financial empowerment and I believe that few monthsfrom now, I will soon build my own house in this village.

Givedirectly offered freed cash in this village. Givedirectly has empowered everyone in this village financially to start building new houses. I spend my most recent transfer to buy two bundles of 32 gage white zinc along with two packs of assorted zinc nails. I want to build three bed rooms house with stick and later plaster it with concrete cement. Thanks to Givedirectly for the cash support for breaking the chain of poverty in my life. How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The new goal I have set before receiving this transfer is to start selling flour breads in this Community. There is no good breads seller in this village.I have been planning to sell bread in this village but due to hardship, I was unable to to start selling. Thanks to Givedirectly for helping me to accomplished my dream. I want to start baking light bread, soft bread and cookies in huge quantities. I believe that when I invest my transfer in to selling bread, I am going to going to generate more profit to take care of my children.

In my opinion, Givedirectly is very much transparent in making decisions. Givedirectly does not segregate anyone. Givedirectly direct cash support has help to empowered families financially to take care of their basic needs. Thanks to Givedirectly for the cash support . There is no system in Givedirectly that is not organize.

I Spend my most recent transfer to buy one bag of flour along with one tin of vegetable oil. I was sleeping on cold floor in my room. I spent 6000 Liberian dollars to buy one 18 inches mattress for my room. Thanks to Givedirectly for the cash support. Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was sitting in front of my house in the morning when I got my transfer. I started to dance and praise God for GiveDirectly. I am a farmer. I couldn't pay my children school fees because I can't afford the money. My husband and I are still living in his parents house with our children. I want to build my own house. I want to be an independent woman, and I know with this transfer, I can make it. My plan is to build my own house with my transfers. I paid my children school fees and bought zinc with my first transfer. Receiving GiveDirectly financial empowerment is one of the best thing that ever happened to me.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my daily life now is that, I am happy. I wake up every day with hope because of my current transfer and pending transfers. I will soon construct my own house and leave my husband family house. I will live freely and peacefully with my children. Everytime I see my children in school, I can't withhold my happiness. I drop from school since 2019 and i want to go back to school. I plan to pay my school fees and start a business.

I was happy this gone July 26, because i had enough food to eat and i had fun with my friends .

The main challenge I'm face with right now is i don't have finance. I don't have money to buy food and other household items for my family.
