How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The new I have set before receiving this transfer is to renovate my house. My house got brunt the last time. I want to change the doors and some of the ceiling tiles. I am grateful to Givedirectly for the constant cash support. I believe that with my transfer from Givedirectly, my worried to re conditions my house will soon be over .

In my opinion, Givedirectly is really doing well in this Community. Through Givedirectly cash support more people are building new houses. Givedirectly staffs know how to talk to everyone good. Thanks to Givedirectly for the cash support. There is no system in GiveDirectly that needs improvement.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used the most recent transfers to buy one bundle of 32 gage white zinc to change some of the zinc that burnt and buy 8 pieces of ceiling tiles for the roof . I used ny balance money to pay my daughter school fees in Buchanan. Thanks to Givedirectly for the cash support. I believe that with my transfer from Givedirectly, my planned to renovate my house will soon come to pass.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I'm decided to buy a new motorbike to help me and my family.this has been my first more concern since i started receiving transfer from givedirectly. With this motorbike i will able to provide for my family and even start doing a business. I was one preson that was only use to cut contract before providing for my children.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly is really doing great things for me and my family. Since I started receiving this transfer from givedirectly my life has changed greatly. I'm very thankful to GiveDirectly for their support toward me. They are very transparent in their work as a NGO in Liberia.

Huge of my transfer was spent on my house project. Some will also be used to buy my new motorbike to help my family. I also use some of this transfer for my children tuition and even bought them some school material.I also bought two bundles of zinc and fews zinc nails.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
As a renowned citizen and permanent resident of Buegbahn town, I had always dreamed of building a very big, comfortable and decent house for my family. At the same time, I have always wanted to see my daughter attend school regularly. However, things got really though due to low income and I couldn't achieve two of my greatest desires. Out of a sudden, I received my transfer from GiveDirectly. I was so excited knowing that with this transfer two of my biggest dreams would have been fully executed. I am so pleased with this program that has become a huge blessing to me and my family.

The biggest difference in my daily life since I started receiving transfer from GiveDirectly has been the realization of two of my biggest dreams (building a decent house and completing my daughter yearly tuition payment). Both of these has been a huge challenge due to low income. However, with GD transfer, the entire situation has changed. My entire situation has changed and I am grateful for this unique opportunity.

Two of my greatest desires has always been to build a decent house and also to pay my daughter yearly tuition. What does receiving this money mean to you?
Being living in a relative house perpetually seems to be a crime the fact you don't have total freedom as when you are residing in own house . My wife and I have been living in my senior brother Stanley Wleh house over the past years. We have been contemplating on how to build our own house whenever the needed cash for such project is available. With the opportunity of receiving unconditional cash transfer from GiveDirectly in the future, we will definitely construct for ourselves a modern house to dwell in with our children.
What is the happiest part of your day?
When I am financially potent to take care of my home where my Madam is pleased ,I am released of the stress as a man thereby bringing joy and happiness not only to me ,but to my family. Man is often happy when he takes care of his house and puts it in order . When that is done , I play music to release me of the uncountable stress man faces on a daily basis .
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Residing in a room of someone's apartment with your children is a challenge that we are just forced to do because we (my wife and I) don't have the means. There are no freedom as to when to go to bed the fact the hours to have the apartment doors closed depends on the house owner . The process to own myself a house has been and it is a challenge I face with on a daily basis.
