Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my daily life since I started receiving payments from GiveDirectly is that, I have managed to smear my house hence I nolonger feel cold at night because I fixed the holes that could let in air.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in the next six months in that I will have finished renovating my house hence it will look decent.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is currently different from how it would have been if I never received the transfer in that I managed to smear the walls of my house which had holes. I am glad that I don't feel cold at night.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
My new goal is to cementing my house.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced is having to miss some meals due lack of food. The low income I have does not enable me access all meals .
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening because in the evening I have finished my daily chores and have time to relax with friends and share stories.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I plan to use my transfer to buy iron sheets, and timber to build a new house because my current house is old and leaking during rainny seasons.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is the high output I got from my tomato farm having used just 10000 kenya shillings for farming. This enabled me get money from the sales of tomato that helped me pay school fee for my children.
