How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is quite different because I have managed to pay school fees for my son, which basically means that the teachers cannot send him away from school due to any pending arrears. The boy now spends his time in school concentrating on his studies on a full-time basis.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I have an idea of starting a small scale business where I will be rearing chicken just within the compound. I have a desire of getting a new structure where I will be keeping the birds so that they remain secure from daytime and night hours predators.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The money helped me to buy fertilizer which I used in my small piece of land during the past planting season and I can proudly say that I managed to get a good harvest at the end of that season. I opted to go for food because what Iknow is that once the family has enough to feed on then the rest of the things can follow later on.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
My long term goal involves getting a piece of land where I will be keeping both broilers and layers chicken for commercial purposes so that I can be able to get more financial profits in the future. When I have layers birds that laying eggs, I will be in a position to sell the eggs and make some little profits from such a venture. On the other hand, I will also make some cash from the sale of broilers which I know have a ready market
