How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goal was to build my house and do a business of my own.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
While sitting with my children at home, I heard my neighbors shouting and rejoicing, I was a bit confused because my mind was not on GD transfer, but when I got closer then I understood that transfers has been sent, I hurriedly checked my phone and saw mine. I joined them and we all rejoiced together.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I was a struggling business woman, and because of lack of support and my family had to feed from the same source, my business couldn't survive it. I started going down and couldn't help it, this bothered me for so long, but thank God for Give Directly, their transfer has re-vamped my business.

I have a plan to build my own house, so I bought Zinc and other items with some of the money and I used portion of it to add my business up.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
When I am qualifie for this program and I receive any money from GiveDirectly I am going to build and make business to support my children in school.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the last six months nothing had ever brought joy or happiness to me but upon heading about GiveDirectly people and the kind of help that they do for poor families it had really brought joy in my heart and I am praying that I be qualified for this program to receive some money so that I can settle my problems.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My current challenge right now is money problem, I do not have money to do things that I may like to do so for that reason I worry every day about how to get money so that's my main challenge for now.
