What does receiving this money mean to you?
If I am blessed to receive this money, I will use it to reconditioned my house and use the balance to make business inorder to substain myself and my family. Even though l sell brooms to cater to my family, but the money l earned is what I spend on food. The structure I live in, the wall is made of mud and the roof is made of old zinc. When the rain starts to fall, the structure begins to leak and it damaged most of my belongings. I want to buy new zinc and roof my house with it but there's no money. If I receive this money I will roof my house with new zinc and start a business.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the last six months what have brought me joy or happiness is when my son give me fish in the month of September 2021. I was so happy and started rejoicing for what my son did for me because that day I never had money to buy fish to cook and the fact that my son came at the house and give me fish to make soup brought so much joy to me.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship I'm facing right now is money. My house is damaged and I have been living in this damaged house for the past two years and I'm very uncomfortable with this kind of condition I'm in. Even though I sell brooms to substain my me and my family, but the money I earned from the business is not enough to maintain my family and at the same time help with the renovation of my house. I will really appreciate any help I get to improve my livelihood.
