Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal is to buy a cow as an investment for the transfers. It will also be something I will be having over the years to remind me of what GD has done to my life. When it reproduces and I have a number, I know I will never go through what I went through to get money to go to college.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
I finished my secondary education two years ago. I had desired to join even a technical college after school but due to lack of finances, I could not. My mother who only depend on income from casual work, could not manage to take me further in education. I had even tried calling for funds drive but I still could not succeed in getting the money I want. When I started receiving my transfers from GD, I Used the transfers to register for building and construction course which I am finishing in the next six months. I am glad GD was able to help me achieve my goal which I had given up on.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
My life will be different in the next six months in that I will be having new household items such as seats, utensils, bedding. Currently, I am putting up at a friend's house because I do not have my own. My plan now that I have finished paying my college fees is to buy household items before I build my own house. I would want to move into a new house with items not build a house with nothing in it.

Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new or additional goals for my life for the next four months is to buy a calf for rearing. It will act as my future financial security. The good thing about cows is that they don't take too long before they reproduce. They also produce milk which will also act as a source of income. I can later sell the offsprings and further my studies
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life ever since Give Directly came into my life is that I am now independent and financially stable. I used to depend on my parents to buy me everything including personal items. I used to feel embarrassed but I didn't have any option. I am glad I don't have to go through the shame again because I now have the means to buy some of these items by myself. Apart from being able to cater for my personal needs, I also paid my school fees. I am planning to continue paying my school fees until I finish school. I don't want to start any other project at the moment because there is a high chance I might drop out of school. My parents don't have a stable job and I am sure they won't manage to pay my school fees and meet our family household needs at the same time

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is different from how it would have been four months ago in that I have money to pay for my school fees. In the past before the transfers, I used to be sent home for the same every month. This is because my sister's income was not enough to cater for all our needs and even pay my school fees arrears in time. This is why I could not keep up with paying fees arrears in time not be sent home. With GD transfers, I have been paying fees bit by bit until I have cleared the balance.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
In the next four months, I wish to sell my sheep to buy a cow. I know its easy to take care of a cow than sheep. The value of a cow increases faster than that of a sheep hence I prefer a cow than a sheep. It will be easier even to sell a cow than sheep.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily since I started receiving these transfers is that I have a sheep of my own. I did not know I could own a sheep at my age but GD made it happen in my life. This is an investment which will help me in the future in terms of raising money for other needs in my life. This is because when it reproduces, the number will increase which will improve my financial status. The best thing about the sheep is that their value increases on a daily basis which is very advantageous to me.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in the next six months in that I will be having my own cow. I would not want to go back to being sent home for the same. I would want change my life for the better with the opportunity given to me by GD.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My mother is a single mother who finds it hard providing for us because of her little income. Paying my secondary school fees has always been a challenge and in the past, I would frequently be sent home due to delays in making the payments. Over the past four months, there has been a great difference as I use most of my transfers to pay my fees which helps me clear my balance in good time and avoid being sent home. This has given me more time to focus on my studies which has in turn positively affected my general performance in school.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I am yet to clear my fees for this year and my plan is to use my next few tranfers to do so in order for me to completely settle in school without being sent home. I am in the final year of high school and will sit for the national examination towards the end of the year, therefore, I would like to focus more on my studies and avoid any interruptions that might be caused by being sent home for delayed fee payments hence the need to clear them in good time.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
In the last four months, I have been able to stay in school much more than I did last year because I have been able to keep up with my fees payments. Last year, I would constantly be sent home for delayed fee payments and took long before going back because raising the amount required was not an easy task as my mother does not earn much. With the money I receive from GD, I can pay my fees on time and stay in school most of the time which has also given me more time to focus on my studies.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I have been focusing most of my previous transfers on my paying my school fees because it is the biggest need I have at the moment. Because of this, I have never had an opportunity to buy other personal items that I have always desired to have such as proper clothes and shoes. In the next six months, I will have cleared my fees for the year and will have the freedom to spend my transfers on such items. This will change my life because I will no longer rely on my mother or worry about taking on casual jobs to earn money for such items.

I intend to continue using the money I receive to go through the last year of my secondary educatiion.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is being able to attend school without disturbance. When I receive the money, I use it to pay school fees. It had been a huge challenge for me to learn well because paying fees was always a problem. My sister who used to pay it was always under a lot of pressure and stress. Her financial difficulties also hindered my stay at school as at times i could be sent to stay at home until it is paid. In the last four months, I have been paying it using this transfer and am having a smooth term. I wake up every day knowing that ther is nothing that will interupt my leaning.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I will have bought a cow. I want to buy this because it will help me to get an income from its mil. I will keep it on our farm and raise it up to produce milk. I also expect to have joined college. I will further my education as I continue to receive this money and use it for upkeep.
