What do you plan to do with the cash transfer?
My husband who was the breadwinner passed on four months ago leaving me with two children to look after. I am currently still nursing my two month old baby and I rely on relatives to support us financially. The transfers will help me start up a business which will ensure I get a constant flow of income. I am excited because I will no longer have to worry how my children will get their basic needs in the absence of their father.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Giving birth to a healthy baby two months ago is what has brought me happiness. I am thankful to God for protection and providence. I keep praying that I get the strength to look after my children well.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My husband passed on four months ago when I was expecting our second born son. I have never come to terms with it because I was used to him being around. I still cry on most nights as to why he left me a widow at a very young age. Taking care of our two children alone is very difficult.
