How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goal was to get a very beautiful house of my own.I was farming and also hunting jist ro survive until give-directly came to my rescue and now I am able to build my house

Give directly did well by making me build my first house and the second house is in progress.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
No! I have no new goal. My old goal has always been to change the roof of my house. Our house is old and the roof is tarsh. It leaks during the rainy season. I have been making farms all my life. At some point,things were not going so well. We started struggling to make ends meet. I was so grateful when I received my payment. Be ing enrolled on this program is a life changer. Hopefully after receiving all the payments my life will never be the same again.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GiveDirectly does not do anything wrongly. It has changed our lives for the best. It's cash program is a dream come through. We are so grateful to be enrolled in this program.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I was overwhelmed when I received my transfer. I used some of my money to buy zinc and some planks. I also bought a bag of rice for my family.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money from Give Directly, I became joyous and happy. I was bushing on my farm when my son bought the phone and said I received a massage.it has not been easy in the past years.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
My life is increasing since I got on the Give Directly program. I do farming to sustain myself and my family. I'm able to feed my children twice on the daily basis. I want to appreciate the organization for supporting my family and I.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
With the money I received from Give Directly, I used some to buy zinc and pay my children's school fees. I used the last money to buy food and drink clothes for my children

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I will construct a new home with the cash transfer and send portion to Monrovia for our daughter tuition
What is the happiest part of your day?
Our harvest came out well and have reduced our struggle for food for now.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The means of sustaing my family is through farming and hunting. Food is a problem especially when the clearing of the bushes is in process.
