Let me express my sincere gratitude to GD for this program. This means a lot to me. My life has been full of struggles. My husband run away in 2017 and that was the end of my marriage. I am struggling to support my family.
I plan to renovate my house when I receive my transfer. The food that I have in storage is not enough because we didn't use fertilizer. I plan to buy some bags of fertilizer in readiness of the next growing season and some bags of maize so that I can supplement on the little I have.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am always happy during evening hours when I have food to eat and share with my family.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The food we always harvest is not enough because we don't apply fertilizer. This has led to food shortages all year long.
