How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has changed because I purchased an ox which has enabled me plough in time. Additionally, the construction of an iron roofed house is in progress. I intend to rent out one side and sleep in the other. Before, we shared oxen which could delay my work. I did not have hope of constructing an iron roofed house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly did well to give me money. They also do well to follow us up after getting the transfers. This has encouraged people to spend money productively. There is nothing they are doing bad so far.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I have saved UGX 900,000 0f my second transfer. The other part of the money was spent for raising a wall of an iron roofed house for my self.
