What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on plastering my entire house (47,000 KES) since my house was made of mud which made it necessary to repair it every so often and which was tedious ,but now that it is cemented, my laboring will reduce.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my transfer on repairing the whole of my house and repaired the walls. I also bought sand and cement which I want to use on doing final finishing to my house. I also bought new bedding since what I had was very old and worn. I also bought a radio to keep up with the news and used the rest on buying a kerosene stove for y son to use in the morning to prepare tea when going to school instead of lighting firewood.

The biggest difference in my daily life is y house that I have done full repairs and now looks very fine.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent most of my transfer to buy cushions for my seats. I bought a radio to help me be updated on current happenings, bought a sack of maize for my family's consumption and also bought food for my family.

The biggest hardship I have faced is, inadequate income to plaster the walls of our house.

The happiest part of my day is in the evenings, when we sit together as a family sharing the events of the day, after having supper.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
I feel very happy about it, because it may save me a lot. For one I intend to use part of the money to plaster the walls of this our house. We plan to use the remaining amount to pay school fees for our child in secondary school, and also build a toilet.
