How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I don't have any new goals, because I already had a goal before receiving the transfer, so I decided to continue with my old goal which is to build my house, for my family and I to have a decent place to live.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly can help the poor people with money, so they can be able to send their children school and to buy food and build decent house. GiveDirectly don't take food nor water or anything from people.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
When I withdraw my money from my mobile account, I bought two bundle of zinc so I can build my house. Because it been my plan to build a decent house for my family and I to live a good life.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I came from the bush and checked my phone and saw Givedirectly message that I have received my transfer. I was so very excited.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
Things was very difficult at the time, but since I received the money I have been happy.

I bought single barrier for hunting and saved the Balance money to add it up and build two rooms apartment for my family.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"For the past 10 years, I have been paying my children's school fees from the proceeds of my farm product. I felt severely sick two years ago which affected my hands and legs. Due to the illness I have been unable to provide for my children fully. So, if am eligible to receive this cash, I will be so grateful to God and to Give Directly for such a gloriouss opportunity and I spend it to educate my children ".
What is the happiest part of your day?
"My greatest joy is to see my self alive! I really thought I would have been dead by now because of how severe my illness was. Two years ago I felt very sick that even family members including myself never thought I would have survive, but by the special grace of God, today I'm alive and so grateful to God for Life".
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"My major challenge over the past two years had been my illness. Since the day I have fall sick, I have been unable to take care of my family needs which bothers me a lot and sometimes makes me Sad. Before then, I would make farm every year to support my family but now I can't barely stand because the sickness affected my legs".
