How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Before, didn't have enough cultivation land for food. I used to sleep under a leaking grass thatched house damages by rats. Now, my life is in that I have an iron sheet roofed house, and repossessed my cultivation land used as security for money borrowed, giving me more food at home.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done well giving money directly that has enabled us to build permanent houses, acquire cultivation land, and household items like utensils, mattresses. There's nothing it hasn't done well in my opinion.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy building materials that have been used to construct a house, and feeding at home.
