What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on building a chicken cope 7500 KES. I bought 40 chicks 16,000 KES and their feeds 6500 KES.I bought food for my family's consumption 5000 KES. I have also saved some amount of money 15,000 KES
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that I am more empowered now since I have doubled my sources of income in my house household. I have my own motorcycle which I use for transit purposes with pay and started a commercial chicken rearing business as a result I am getting all profits to myself which has enabled me sustain my family's basic needs comfortably,relying on commissions after working for my employers has now been a long gone story.Thanks to GiveDirectly.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly did well by giving money directly without passing through different parties with no discrimination practice by their workers and the organisation as well . GiveDirectly didn't well by considering non- participants to the transfer projects by giving them a second chance to participate as those who were affected were poor old women who had a low understanding of program.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on repairing my motorcycle at 42,000 KES, am still having 7,000 KES which in my Mpesa account which I intend to use on paying brother's school fee.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I no longer higher a motorcycle to use as a taxi because I now have my own hence better income than before.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent larger part my first transfer on paying school fees for my two brothers 7,500 KES .I feel less stressed since the burned of paying school fees has been lifted from my shoulders and I really which a brighter future for the two of them.I also bought food for my family.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I received the money in the evening, I felt overjoyed as it seemed like a dream come true hence I am assured of accomplish my goal of educating my siblings since it has been a hustle which at times made me go out of my way to get school fees for them when they are at home while their colleagues are going to school.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
My first plan is to use part of the transfer to pay school fees for my two brothers in secondary school. Secondly, I plan to use another part of the transfer to buy five sheep, as an investment for my famly. Lastly, I plan to use the remaining amount to repair my motorcycle, by replacing new tyres and other parts.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
Having paid my secondary school fees by myself, with the money I got from the sale of nine cattle and five sheep, that I bought, using savings from my horticultural farming, is the achievement I'm very proud of.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced is, paying school fees for my two brothers in secondary school, due to inadequate income.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evenings, when I'm at home together with my two brothers, preparing supper.
