What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving money from Givedirectly will mean a lot in my life, it will improve my personal wellbeing. I'm going to buy mattresses for me and my children, I will use the rest of the money to buy enough food for my family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
For the past six months there is one thing that constantly brings me joy. This is when my husband send me money from South Africa, because I always know that I will be able to carter for my family's basic needs at the moment.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The main challenge that I'm currently is only one, I have a child who's 2 years old and 6 months who keeps getting sick now and again so I have to visit the hospital each month for checkups. This is costly and sometimes makes me sad.
