I have livestock just like my neighbours, I have a new and big house which can accommodate my family well and we have been eating well since we started receiving this money.

The biggest difference in my life now is that I don't admire my neighbours' livestock anymore because I have my own. This is has earned me some respect from friends as I also have to herd just like them which is an investment for my family.

The biggest difference in my daily life since I started receiving payments from GiveDirectly is that, I am nowardays a busy woman taking care of my cattles before going to the market for my small business.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in the next six months in that, I will have managed to boost my business and buy cattle using the profits in return.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is currently different from how it would have been if I never received the transfer in that, my future is bright because of the cattle that I have which will increase in number hence I will be in a position to sell them and use the money in paying school fees.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship is lack of enough income to achieve both family and personal development. My younger son is cronically ill and needs medication constantly which is costly.

My happiest part of the day is in the morning when all my family members have woken up full of healthy life
