Through Givedirectly, many recipients who couldnot afford money to take care of their families are now empowered financially. There is no system that needs improvement in Givedirectly.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
My son just got promoted to senior high (10 grade) and I want him to continue his schooling in Monrovia, but no enough money now so once I get this money I will pay my son tuition.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The only thing that makes me happy is whenever my son is happy. Seeing my son been promoted last semester was the only happiest movement since the death of my husband.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Live became difficult for me immediately after my husband death; getting support towards my son tuition is my biggest worry now. So the most challenging situation I'm currently facing is paying my son fees.
