How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has changed because I have implemented a business plan that I had and I'm hopeful that it will generate income for my family. I used to have business ideas but did not have capital, I thank GiveDirectly for making my dream come true.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly does well to keep a high level of confidentiality when they are carrying out investigation during enrollment .I haven't seen any thing they are not doing well.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I used UGX 800,000 of my second transfer for topping up the first transfer for starting up a mobile money business. I have saved UGX 550,000, spent UGX 25,000 on transport, UGX 32,000 on purchase of clothes. Paid school fees of UGX 200,000 and bought umbrella at UGX 25,000.
