I was so happy to have received my transfer.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my day to day life since the transfer has been that my family and I are much happier now; we have a better sleeping environment with the new beddings and enough meals (nsima) on a daily basis.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used my transfer to buy fertilizer for my farm, home utensils such as basins and pots. I also bought a bed, mattress and beddings as well as food for my home.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I will use the money to buy a bed, matress ,blackets and food. I have a good house which was built by Issa foundation because the house i was living before was in bad conndition. So now i have a good house but i dont have beddings, that is why i will use the money to buy beddings and matress
What is the happiest part of your day?
Last month i was happy because i had enough money to buy food. Business was good and i was able to buy a bucket of maize and some relish so lifw was good .
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The main challenge am facing is lack of money.I bake african cakes and sell inorder to find money then buy food. Life is hard because business is slow and sometimes a day can pass without selling anything and this means ,that day i will sleep without food.
