What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy building materials like iron sheets and nails which I have used to expand the house am currently living. I bought sand, cement which I have used to renovate my house and the remaining amount, I spent to repay my loan which was long over due.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, am very happy because I now have a bigger house which is mor comfortable and also I nolomnger look for cowdung to smear my house which had caused me some health issues like backache. Thank you GD for the transfer.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying a bag of maize for my family's consumption. I also gave my husband some amount of money to complete the withstanding loan that he had of claiming a complete ownership of a motorcycle he had bought partly 5000 KES.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received the transfer, I felt very happy and the first person I communicated the good news to was my husband who received the news with an open heart since at that time my household was facing financial problem and GiveDirectly gave us away out.I am very appreciative to GiveDirectly.

Lack of enough money to provide my family basic needs. eg food and clothing
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the morning because is always anew day to work for my family and provide for them
What does receiving this money mean to you?
It will enable me to achieve part of my dream, i will be able to buy my motorcycle since currently am hiring one. I will also use part of the grant to construct toilet since am using the neighbours toilet
