How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I now have hope that i will get treatment for my condition and am very happy and thankful.

The organisation is giving us the opportunity to solve some of our problems.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I planning to spent the transfer on my cancer treatment as i have been diagnosed with cervical cancer at an early stage and am required to go to Queens hospital in Blantyre for treatment and the transfer will be used for my transport to go to Blantyre to get my treatment and i plan also spent the transfer on cement and labor for the builders.

i was very happy. I never believed this was true for a second
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I have been able to finish my house which i started in 2010. it has been possible to finish it with Give Directly
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
i started building a house in 2010, however i could not finish it due to financial reasons. With the money from Give Directly, i have managed to buy the cement for plastering and flooring. I have also paid the builders with this same money. Also i have bought food for my family.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
This money means an improved stardard lf living fir me. I look forward to have enough food these coming months as we harvest around March and April hence i wont lack food. I intend to buy livestock too in order to generate income for as well as renovate my house to make it stronger against rains and winds.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am always happy in the morning especially when I have enough food for that day. I consider breakfast to be one of the most important meals of the day hence when I miss it am never a happy person on that day.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I have been suffering from high blood pressure for the past 5 years and this has affected how I do my household chores. I rarely do hard work such as drawing water and farming hence my liveloohd has been affected as I now depend on children a lot.
