My main aim is to spend my next transfer to invest in farming. I plan to plough a piece of land and plant maize. I will then spent preceding transfer to purchase fertilizers and maize seeds. Since it is a planting season we opt to invest in farming so that we won't lack food next year. This would enable us to feed our family with less struggle.

The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months is that I was able to clear school fees for my children on time. We didn't struggle too much this time as we normally do. We would have some school fees arrears rolled to the following year since we wouldn't manage to clear on time. I used to depend on casual jobs which were unreliable sometimes. This brought a lot of inconveniences especially to my children who could be at times be sent home. I am happy they will now study without being interrupted.

In the next six months, I believe that I will be living a better life. I know I will now be at the same level as the rest of my villagers. I am not trying to compete with them but it feels bad to be always the odd one out in everything. I thank God Give Directly brought me to improve my living standards. Having our children study peacefully and being able to afford food would assure us humble time to do other income-generating activities.

My life is currently different from how it was four months ago in that my children are no longer being sent back home. This is because I have been using part of my transfers to pay their school fees on time. This has given them peace of mind since they get enough time to dedicate on their studies. Apart from this, I have been able to replace their old school uniforms on time hence they are always decent.

The additional goals for my life for the next four months is to top dress my crops and take care of them so that they cannot be invested with diseases. This will lead to an increase in production thus I will be able to sell more this year and get more money to use in paying school fees for my children.

The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is that my family no longer lack their basic needs. This is because whenever I need something and I do not have money, I can easily take it on credit and pay for them when I receive my transfers.

I expect my life to change in the next six months in that I will have cleared paying school fees for my children. This will enable them to have enough time for their studies hence they will improve in their performance.

In the next six months one of my children will be clearing form four. This will give me a perfect opportunity to start building a new house for the family. The house that we are staying in is quite smaller and we are looking forward to having a much more bigger house that will make my family happier and make me a proud parent.

The biggest difference in my daily life is happiness since my children have never been sent back home.
