Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My next goal is to save my next transfer with an intention to use it to pay for my child's expenses next year when he will be joining form one. Mostly when the child is joining high school the parents end up using a lot of money. At times the costs are overwhelming but being sure that I will be receiving my transfers for the next four months will help me to save and prepare my self so that by the time he will be joining high school, I will have accumulated enough money to cater for most of the expenses. I will be able to do this with less struggle and without taking loans also.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
Since I manage to clear school fees on time my child was not sent home for school fees this term. This means he had a humble time to prepare for his exams. I believe that he will perform well and join form one next year. Since paying school fees has been the biggest task for me, I feel relieved. The peace of mind that I got, as a result, has allowed me to focus and think of how I would start diversifying my sources of income.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I believe that I will have saved enough money through all my income-generating activities. I intend to save a lot so that I don't get stuck when it comes to paying school fees for my children. I don't have a stable job therefore saving will help me a lot in supporting my children through their education.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
I am a teacher who was employed under the Parents Teachers Association and my salary is low. Due to this, I would not always be able to provide for my family needs and pay my children's school fees on time. Due to this, my children were sent home most often due to huge arrears they were owing to the school. However, this trend has changed for the last four months and I am now glad since they now have enough time for their studies.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
The additional goals for my life for the next four months and onwards is to increase the number of kilograms of tea leaves I buy from farmers and sell to the factory. This will increase the money I will be paid from the factory at the end of every month.

Before, my family would at times take two meals a day instead of three since I would not afford to buy enough food due to the hard economy we are currently facing.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in the next six months in that my income from the factory will have increased. This will enable me to open a retail shop in our village. The additional goal for my life for the next four months is to lease about 2 acres of land to be used in planting potatoes and cabbages. The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is that I have cleared all the fee balances for my two children who are at a nearby private primary school. Accordingly, I am more confident that they (my children) enjoy ample time for studying. This makes me happy as a parent because I used to feel embarrassed when my children were sent home to fetch arrears.
