How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Unlike before, i now have the potential to have a good looking house that does not leak. When the rains stop I will have the chance to put up in a very good house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Well, GiveDirectly does well by targeting the most vulnerable people in the remotest areas to improve their living conditions. In the same way, i have not seen and observed where GD does it wrong. This organisation just have to continue the good and charitable works to the poor.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I have not yet spent the cash. My plans are that this week i buy 4 bags of cement to add on those i bought with the first transfer and start building a house.
