How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have a new goal to buy a house for my family until we can build our own house. At the time my first transfer was sent I decided to build a new house for my family but unfortunately, the old house we were residing in could not accommodate us anymore due to heavy rainfall. Moreover, the house's roof was leaking whenever the rain falls and lastly the wall of the building was falling apart. I was fortunate to have bought this new house when I got my second transfer because we had nowhere to sleep. Now that we have a sleeping place, my next goal is to buy all the materials and as soon as I'm done I will be starting the house project.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
