How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My new goal is to purchase a land in po- river because I have been assigned in Dagweh town as a nurse, living in the city will be a serious challenge to my job but having a house around my assigned location will help reduce my living expenses.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well by being very truthful in this program, at first we didn't believe that GiveDirectly could give us such an amount because we haven't seen things like this before. We had doubts about the program, everything is now clear to us because we have seen the reality. They are also straight and fair in their processes of sending the transfers to recipients. I don't know anything that GiveDirectly is not doing well, they are doing everything okay.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I have not yet withdrawn my recent transfer but I intend to add it to the last transfer so that I can complete the full amount charged for the land that I want to purchase.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
If I'm qualified for the cash transfer, I will use my money to do used clothes business and also pay for my child's education. I feel that when I do business with the money, it will multiply and tomorrow when I'm asked what I did with it, I can show things that will help make those that give us the money to be happy.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My son and myself were able to see another year added to us. I was also able to receive money from friends.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I want to continue my education and do my masters but I'm currently not able because of financial difficulties. My foster mother who used to help me with my son's school fees also died and this has brought some financial difficulties to me and my family
