I have not developed a new goal because my focus is to buy all of my house materials and start working on my own house.

GiveDirectly did well because, I never had money to build another house until GiveDirectly came into my life. My present house is smaller and the children are now many.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was in my yard when I received my first transfer from Givedirectly.. It was an amazing moment for me. Since birth, this is the first of it kind for me to received huge money as freed gift. I ran quickly inside my house and started to jubilant.
I have been living in a tight old house along with my family. My plan had been to build a bigger size house when I haven't to get money. Thanks to Givedirectly for the financial empowerment. I believe that with my transfer from Givedirectly, my suffering will soon be over.

"In the last 6 months, my household always had food to eat though it was not enough, and my household never experience sickness, that makes me more happy".

"The challenge I'm facing now is lack of finance. My household have been involved into agriculture activities but due to lack of support, we were not able to continue which have caused us to run out of food.
