How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is much better and comfortable. I have transformed from sleeping on the floor to sleeping on a comfortable bed. I have also acquired a plot of land . These could have been impossible to achieve with in a short period of time. I appreciate GiveDirectly for the cash transfers.

GiveDirectly did well to send us cash transfers to enabled the purchase of various property such as land and household items. There is no conflict whatsoever connected to GiveDirectly.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent part of the second cash transfer to complete the purchase of a plot and the balance was spent on the purchase of two beds,utensils ,school uniforms and a wooden door.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I now own a plot of land which I never thought I would have got if I never got the transfer. I'm planning to build commercial in future which will generate income in my family. In the past, I had no plot of land though I had tried to cultivate.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When I received money from GiveDirectly, I felt very happy because I had never held such an a mount of money in my entire life.

I bought a plot of land worth UGX 1,500,000. I'm to build a commercial house. I also bought clothes worth UGX 150,000 and food ( meat, rice) worth UGX 50,000.
