No new plan at the moment.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Man of my age, I have not built my dream house. See the house I am currently living in, it does not represent me at all. During the rainy season, the rooftop leaked so much and we have to move our bed from one place to another. I feel so bad about the situation and is embarrassing. If I am eligible to receive cash grant from GiveDirectly, I will use my transfer to build a zinc house so my household can sleep in without embarrassment during the rainy season.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Waking up and seeing myself healthy is my happy time every day. Today is my most happiest day in life because GiveDirectly have come to give us cash and the is a grant and is also unconditionall, which means I can now build myself a zinc house that will bring joy to my household.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
As a substance farmer, I do not have sustainable source of income. The Little income I received from my farm in being used towards my children school and is not enough to sustain my household for a whole year. I sometimes wonder, why am I involved with farming that can not sustain my household. Cost of Labor is very expensive here because there are various Gold mining site around here where people go and get quick money. My single effort can not make a farm that will be large enough to consume and sell some, though, making it difficult to get money as a farmer. My main challenge now is finance to build my house and also to educate my children. I sometimes feel bad and even want to forget about farming and join other people to go mining Gold illegally which will also deprived the country from getting revenue because they don't pay taxes.
