How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Before i received the transfer life has been unbearable because i had no reliable source of income, hence i used to struggle to get basic necessities. Now that i have received the transfer life has greatly improved; my house has been improved, there is food in my house and every one is living happily
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly is doing well in distributing cash to marginalised Malawians so that they are able to live comfortable life. There is nothing i can mention which the organisation does not do well
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I spent my transfer on finishing build my house, buy fertilizer and buy land

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money is more than a huge relief as it will enable me to buy enough food for my 6 children as I have been struggling to feed and clothe them. I am so grateful to Give directly for this program
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest whenever I do some casual labour to earn some little cash which I use to provide for my family
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Lack of money to buy enough food as well as clothes for my 6 children and my wife. This has been my great challenge
