How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
In the few years to come i want to see the lives of my children well transformed wherein they've been properly trained in school and have a good and steady source of income where they would be able to take care of me and themselves.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly is doing well with their Cash Transfer because without it i would have still been sleeping on a mat living in this old house without any hope of building a different one.

I have been sleeping on a mat for about two years now and the house i am staying in is old and doesn't have a proper roofing wherein it leaks when rain falls and the rain also flashes in the house therefore, i spent my most recent transfer on buying mattress and completing my house.

In my mind GiveDirectly is doing well for me because they are helping me with money to build my house and send my children to school. I have not seeing anything that GiveDirectly is not doing well.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was very happy until my husband cash out our transfer from the phone that same day, when i saw the physical cash i was like ,my day has finally come to achieve my goals.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my life is that things had improve from one level to another financially, before I'm my family's was in to agricultural activities in this town and was unable to achieve our goals, but with this money i will achieve my goals.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"The house we live in now is old and is no longer in a good condition. Moreover, it leaks during the rainy season and for this reason, we barely have good sleep during the night hours.
When I receive the cash transfer, I will use the money to build a decent house for my family and me, and improve my little business to continue supporting my family and my self".
What is the happiest part of your day?
"From time to time I have always worried about how and where to get money and be able to solve some of the problems my family and I are facing, that is including our house condition, my children having better education and making improvements in my business until over the last six month in a nearby town I heard about the NGO called Give directly that does cash transfer. With the hope that my community will be served and I will be included, this has brought joy to my life".
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"My major challenge now is how to get cash and be able to build a decent house for my family and Myself. The house we live in now is old and is no longer in a good condition. Moreover, it leaks during the rainy season and for this reason, we barely have good sleep during the night hours".
