Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My life is differnet in that I have cleared the debt which was burdening me and I have repossessed my farm land which was taken as security for the loan. I hope to start using it next season because the person I owed has not yet harvested his crops. Secondly, I'm very comfortable in my marriage because my bride price was paid as opposed to before when my parents had not received anything.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt very excited the moment I received the transfer because I was had hopes of paying off the debt and repossess my farm land.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will buy some cement in order to complete plastering our house that a are staying in. The floor I dusty and it's not healthy to live in a dusty environment. I will also buy a cow to act as an investment to the household which will support in payng our children's school fees. When they multiply, some will be sold while the rest are kept go multiplication purposes. I do not have any regular source of income now and that has made my self esteem low. I will pay off the lease amount for the money my spouse got for paying bride price to my parents.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is at around 10:00am when I have come back from the garden. I feel very comfortable to when I have come back from the garden because it reluxes my mind and I start preparing a meal for my family.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face in my household is that we do not have enough land in order to cultivate. The land that we had was leased out in order to pay bride price to my parents. In my culture, the man is expected to pay bride price to the girl's parents as a sign of appreciation. This has left us with limited land to cultivate hence we are realizing food shortages in our household.
