What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent part of my first to buy some building materials such as timber, sand, cement, iron sheets, bricks and paying for labor as they have already started building. I decided to build another house since the one I have been using is in bad shape. I also bought some household items such as bedings. This is such that I can also have a comfortable sleep. I also plan to hire land that I will use for agriculture and reduce famine issues in my home.
