Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
the moment i received the transfer i was very excited. i was more excited knowing that i will be able to buy enough food for my family at once and my house will be renoveted.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
i used to do piece works in order to provide basic needs for my family especially food. i could rarely concentration on my own activities because what was important was food for that day. the moment i received my transfer i bought enough food for my family, this has made me to stop doing piece works and concentrate on my own farm activities. hopefully this year i will produce more food for my family.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
When i received the transfer i bought iron sheets and other materials which will be used to renovate my house. secondly i bought food since i have been doing piece works to find money to buy food for my family. the remaining amount was used to buy fertilizer and other basic needs.
