How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The only new goal that I have now is to get finished with my house and focus on a business that will help me after this program. I just bought my last bundle of zinc to complete with my house. I also pay my children's tuition and even get them some provisions for them. I even thinking of starting a business that will help me.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, give directly is the only NGO that has done this great help for us. Moreover the people of Rivercess. with this transfer I will be able to change my life. I'm grateful for this great opportunity given to me.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
The last transfer that I just received from give directly I'm going to use to complete my house. I also pay my children's tuition and even bought my last house material for the completion of my house. I was thinking of starting a business. my children's lives have changed greatly.

I'm thinking about finish my house with my third transfer.I just bought the balance two more bundles of zinc.I also pay my children tuition and even bought few cotton of nail that will be use to roof the house. Because this has been my biggest challenge in Life having a zinc house.

In no way that i have seen givedirectly is not doing well.They are doing extremely well for we the poor people of Liberia.givedirectly has put a laughter in my mouth. I was even thinking where do i get money from to build a zinc house. With givedirectly transfer I'm going to have a new house with zinc.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My most recent transfer that I received from GiveDirectly programs. I have been thinking about finishing my house now. I just bought fews more bundles of zinc to complete my house. I'm thinking now about paying my children balance tuition for this year. I just pay the man who is going to build my house. My long awaited dream is about to come reality by having a zinc house in this village.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done great things for me and my family. Has an NGO in Liberia they are very transparent in theirs work. They don't discriminate between people in theirs programs. Givedirectly cause me to have a decent house now.

Huge of my transfer was spent on my house project. I also spent little amount on planks to roofs my house. Paying my children tuition was so major for me. Sometime to even provide for the house it was very difficult. I'm going to start doing little business that going to help me and my family.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I wanted to build a bigger house for my family. I never had enough money to achieve my dream. However, when I received my transfer from GiveDirectly, I was overwhelmed with joy. I immediately initiated my building project. I am very much satisfied to have benefited from this project.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
All along I have desired to build a house but I didn't have enough finances to achieve this milestone. However, with GD transfer, I am able to achieve my dreams. My family and I will move into our new home very soon. All this was made possible because of GD transfer. Moving into a new and bigger house with my entire family would be the biggest change in my daily life since I started receiving transfer from GiveDirectly.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
My primary objective was to build a comfortable house for my family and I to move in. Therefore, when I received my transfer from GiveDirectly, I bought 2bundles of zinc for $20,400LD. I also used portion of my transfer to purchase 1 carton of nails to roof my house and 6 gallons of gasoline to saw plank. GiveDirectly is indeed a huge blessing to me and my family and I am grateful for this unique opportunity.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
When I get the money, I want to open my small business and take care of my family. And to sponsor myself in my school process.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Initially, by hearing the news of GiveDirectly, I was very afraid because I was told it was about 666 business. But when others got their phones, the story changed and became very happy.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I am sponsoring myself in school right now, I do not have any help. I really need a help.
