What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on building two rental houses in my plot of land. I also hired an acre of land for cultivation of food.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that I am now a land lady who expects money from rent on a monthly basis.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Give Directly does well to give transfers without any form of discrimination of recipients. All people were treated equally regardless of their status.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
Well,cementing my house,food and school fees! I spent my second transfer on cementing my house,I paid school fees for my 4 children as well as buying food to eat.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in daily life is to have food.I would have been arrested for stealing food from people's gardens if GD had not given me money.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I used my first transfer to buy bricks for constructing a kitchen since i was cooking from out side, i also bought school uniform for my children who didnt have, i also bought a sac of maize to help the family through the dry season

I was ao happy i remember saying. The Lord has opened my way now and forever

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced in my life is having no enough land for farming to feed my family.And this year i have tried hiring a piece of land but because of a long drought i have had poor yields of maize.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
Firstly, i am planning to spend the cash transfer on paying school fees for my children an d part of it i can use for farming.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
I do practise poultry farming but on a free range system, the sales from them i use it for buying books and pens for my children.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am always happy during afternoon hours especially when i have had a meal with my children together.
