How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is completely changed, I'm happy because I have purchased my own farm land, livestock and a mattress. Previously, I did not have my own land, I had to hire which was expensive for me since I did not have a clear source of money.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly did well to give me money money that enabled me to purchase land. There is nothing they have done bad.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer for completing the payment of a piece of land at UGX 800,000. I bought livestock (a cow, sheep, goat) at UGX 300,000, hired land at UGX 70,000. I saved UGX 350,000 and spent the balance of UGX 113,000 on purchase of food.
