How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I am so happy because I was to construct a house with the cash transfers. My community accords me more respect because spent the transfers appropriately. In the past, life was unpredictable. I had no money to construct a permanent house. I would have died without achieving my dream house. I appreciate what GiveDirectly has done in our community.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly does well to assist all people in the community through giving them cash transfers. It is so fascinating that I was given the opportunity to choose how to spend my cash transfers.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
