How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I Jenneh Fahnbulllah from Gbaibon town, Bomi county Liberia. I decided to renovate my house since I started receiving cash transfer from Givedirectly.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Givedirectly transfer the full amount of $1000 USD to my mobile account in full installment. I was told to use my money wisely and I decided to use it to renovate my house. The most interesting thing that I really admire of Givedirectly, is the respect and concern from their staff. I am grateful and want to thanks Givedirectly and those who contributed in helping me.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
Upon cash out my last cash transfer, I bought five bundles zinc and six bags of cement to complete the renovation of my house.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goal is to fix my house and make it beautiful and comfortable for my family, the house was built over 15 years ago which makes most of the materials used that time to spoiled. Since my husband died, I don't have anyone else to help me improve my living condition, the house don't even have a door and it sometime seem risky for me and my two children.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly does well by helping us unconditionally without any strings attached to their help, they speak to us kindly during interviews also, they allow us to receive the transfers through our mobile money accounts which reduces cheating from third party. I don't have anything to say against GiveDirectly because they have been doing well in this program.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I will use my third transfer to buy building materials to start fixing my house, I want to have a door so that I can feel more save with my children, I will also buy food for my children and I so that we can have enough to eat.
