Give directly changed our lives my only wish would be they keep up the good work of changing lives.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I bought construction materials(cement, sand and paid a mason), paid school fees, bought clothes and food for my family. Before the transfer, I had already bought iron sheets(which I bought using the first transfer) but I couldn't continue with the construction due to lack of money. I therefore, bought the remaining construction materials(sand,cement) for the completion of my desired project. I used part of the money to pay school fees for my child who was joining secondary school. Investing in my child's education is for a better future of my family. I used the remaining part of the transfer to buy clothes and food for my family.I am so happy with Give Directly since it has transformed the entire community.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I am comfortably sleeping in my new house and my child was able to join secondary school.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent the first transfer on buying my clothes 3,000KES,clay soil 1,000KES and food 4,000KES . I also paid workers 1,000KES and school fees for my nephew 1,000KES.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
I am planning to spend the upcoming transfer on renovating my house into a semi -permanent house from a mud house and installation electricity in it. I am also planning to pay off dowry for my late wife because that is mandatory in my culture as it is away of showing respect to her.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I'm planning to spend my transfer on building a house since I don't have one and just shelters in a house whose owners have since passed away,lastly I will the use remaining amount to invest in farming of vegetables,this will be giving me some income for self sustainability.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I'm proudest of is being able to work hard in the farm and most of times I'm able to get something to eat.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I'm facing currently is on my health,four years a go I went for some check ups in the hospital and the report showed that I was HIV positive. I fall sick more often but I'm on drugs and doing better.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I'm able to find time and visit my farm to cultivate.This is the only source of income I have hence much of my time is dedicated in doing it.
