How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has improved in that, I bought an ox and repossessed the acres of land I had given to the money lender as secuirty. Now with the bull I bought, I can join it up with another person's ox and have my farm land ploughed on time. Previously, I used to work in other people's farm land before they could come and plough for me which at times was not very reliable. In addition, the acres of land that I regained have given me more land to plant crops hence a big harvest is expected. In the past, only had an acre of land where I planted less crops hence low yields that led to food shortage in my family.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
According to me, GiveDirectly has done well by alleviating poverty from my family by giving me unconditional transfer that gave me more land for agriculture. However, there is nothing bad that GiveDirectly has done.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy an ox and pay back a loan.
