How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is different currently different from how it was four months ago because I am able to buy milk and take as I was advised by my doctor to manage my diabetic condition. I can also get all my meals without relying on relatives for assistance. My health has really improved since I started receiving money from GiveDirectly.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal is to reinforce my house to look better than it does now. There are holes on my floor which makes it look horrible and not easy to walk on especially at night.I believe in thee next four months I will have saved enough to start repairing it.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the past four months is that I am able to take milk everyday as I was advised by my doctor for my diabetic condition . I can also get all meals in a day which also helps me with my drugs and I am glad I do not get sick frequently as I did in the past.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months I expect to have a plastered floor. At the moment my floor has a lot of holes which makes it look really bad. I am too old and sickly that I cannot smear it with cow dung as I used to. Plastering my floor with cement will make it look beautiful and also a long term solution from frequent smearing.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship is managing pressure and diebetis ailments that I suffer from. Due to my dependence on relatives for support, I cannot meet the expensive medications for my ailments.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is mid day when I can visit a neighbor or host one and we share stories keeping me away from depression.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I plan to spend my transfers on constructing a new house for myself since the one I currently live in is very old and may collapse on me especially when it is rainy or windy.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
I don't see any achievement I can be proud of. I had fourteen children but currently only four are alive. The four also do not support my upkeep at old age making me see no fruits of parenting.
