What does receiving this money mean to you?
All my life I have wanted to have a sewing machine to sew clothes but I have failed because I didn't have the means to acquire one. I wanted the sewing machine to be sewing clothes for business so that I can have some profits to look after my family. Receiving this money therefore means that I will be able to achieve my dream, buy the machine and start up my business.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am most happy in the evening when my children are back from school. I always use my wife's smart phone for entertainment. I usually watch songs and videos on the phone with the kids and this gives me joy because it is the time I bond with my kids.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I have faced in my life is that people from my parent's home have been sidelining us from things that happen there. This is so because my parents migrated from their home, Nkhuzibay, to where to where they stay now. They just asked for land and the people they found have never been nice to them and us their children. They always refer to us as outcasts (anthu obwera) so this has been hard on me and my relatives because if there is a project that we are supposed to benefit from, we don't.
