What did you spend your third transfer on?
This last transfer helped me alot am a window my husband died and left me to care for my children alone one of them had finished high school and was to join the university but because she did not pass well I asked her to wait and let her siblings finish high school in good luck my son passed and got a direct entry to the university so this last transfer I used to help in the admission to the school and paid some arrears from his high school to be able to get his certificate. We are still waiting for admission for my girl but now she is doing casual jobs to help her pay school fees if she gets a reply to her admission
