How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I'm Momo Sheriff from Weadolo Town. I live with my wife and children. Before I started receiving my transfer, I was surviving on farming. To sustain the family, I have to work hard as the head of my household. Upon receiving my first and second transfers, I was empowered to buy zinc for my house project. However, I invested my fourth in a palm oil business, and the balance was used to buy a mattress and furnish my room.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give Directly is doing well to empower us with the cash transfer and I'm grateful to them for the support.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I invested a portion of my fourth transfer to start a palm oil business and the balance was used to buy a mattress for my room.
