How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
In time past I spent the money I received from Givedirectly to cater to my mother who later past on. I have a new goal now to start building my house in Zewdru since I lost my mother.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly gives money to poor people so well. I was made by the money I received. It really helped me especially with my mother illness. I haven't seen anything Givedirectly does not do well. I am comfortable with everything and I think you people are doing so well.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
In 2020,I started my own clothes business which was giving me sufficient profits that ran my family smoothly but unfortunately for me in 2021,my mother felt seriously sick and people kept showing me different places to take her for solution which I was doing untill I lost all of my business monies and yet death took her away from me within the illness after losing my all so if am opportune to get this money from Givedirectly,I will reestablish my clothes business and earn profit more and afterwards build my own house.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Since the death of my mother in 2021, nothing good has happened to bring joy to me especially that my children father left me in such difficult time and moved on with another so I haven't been at peace. People do promised me aid but it's never given so I can't outline any moment of joy so far because I am engulfed with suffering.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
While doing business fewer years back,things were really good untill when I used all of my cash on my mother's illness and yet lost her to death which promoted me to moved in my big sister house with my two children which comprises of numerous inconveniences so getting money now to move back to business is my greatest challenge along with getting my own sleeping place where I will live happily.
