How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The first, second and third money was used to buy five bundles of Zinc paid some part of the contractors payment. The last payment, i bought gas for the sawing of the roofing ,doors and windows plant with part of the money and save the balance money for others family support like food children school fees and hospital bills.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly did well. They completed my dream. They brought happiness in my household. I appreciate GiveDirectly for everything. All went well.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
The last money was spent on gas to saw the house plant and save the balance money for family daily use. My life is now better through the transfer. Thanks to GiveDirectly for giving me money.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I used my first and second transfer on enough building materials like Zinc, snails, plant to build a new house.For the recent transfer, i have developed a new goal. I Hire contractors to brush a farm land to sustain my family when Givedirectly shall have left the community. I paid my children school fees and bought additional materials like Zinc, nails and plant for my new house with part of the transfer and save kept the balance transfer to start with the contractors payment.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I appreciate Givedirectly for giving me money to get to another leve .My life have changed. My children are always happy since I received the payment.All process went well and i am happy and grateful. Thanks to Givedirectly for making my life better.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
Through the transfer from Givedirectly, i was able to buy additional house materials, paid my children school fees and hire contractors to brush my farm.My life is better now than before because through this money, my children are are now in school and will sooner own a decent sleeping place.I thank Givedirectly that my plan had been accomplish because my source of livelihood could not support my family especially having a development like building a descent Zinc house.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The new goal I have set on mind before receiving this transfer is to saw planks for my house.My first transfer was used to buy two bundles of zinc. I want to build my own house in this village. I am currently living in my father inlaw house with three children for the past 6 years. I want to build my own house. . Living in a single room In my father-in-law house for that length of time has been a shame for me in this village. Thanks to Givedirectly for the kind gesture . I believe that with my transfer, I am going to build my own in this village .
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Givedirectly is helping the poor with cash to improve their ways of living. Givedirectly is one of the transparent Organizations in Liberia. Thanks to Givedirectly for transfering cash directly to families through mobile money. Givedirectly approach of enrolling recipients is fair. Every work of Givedirectly is helpful .
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I spent my most recent transfer to pay school fees for my children .My children were sent out of classes for tuitions payment. I spent some of my transfers to pay casual workers to saw planks for my house . I never had good mattress in my room . I spent my balance transfer to buy 18 inches mattress for my room. Thanks to Givedirectly for the kind gesture I believe that with my transfer, I am going to live a better life in this village .

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was in the nearby town, going to help my big sister to harvest some of her rice for my family. when I received the message from Givedirectly. I didn't know what to do Because, I have been suffering to get my family support and a better living place.Now, with the transfer, I was able to buy some of my house materials because my family and I live in my father house and my step mother always in conflict with me. I never had enough money to build my own house.But with the help from Givedirectly, My life is getting better every day. There is happiness and smiling in my household even from my step mother. Thanks to GiveDirectly for changing my family life
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference now in my daily life, My life have started changing and I can now brost of my improvement just from my first transfer. With the money, I am proud and I am respected in my village. I am living in a old house in one room with my husband and my children but with the gift, I have started a development which have brought a smiling and happiness in my household.Thanks to Givedirectly for making my better.

Through the grant, I was able to buy some materials for my new construction. I have been struggling to build my own house. With the little money I been generating from my daily activities could not get me a house for my family. I just been focusing on food and some time school fees. But now, my life is getting better just from the first transfer.Thanks to Givedirectly for making me a great and proud mother in my community.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I plan to have my own house with this money. At my age , I'm still in my father's house along with the kids children. This transfer will helped me to have place for my household.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest day in my life in the last six months was in September, my three children were promoted to the next class. Sending my children to school has not been easy, I have to make cassava farm to make gari for sale inorder to sent my children to school. Seeing them going to the next class, is makes me over plus happy.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My major challenge currently is Money . I have some big plans( build my house, make business, and sent my children to school)but I'm unable to do them because of money business.
