How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I am living in a deplorable house that I can not afford to renovate because of the lack of finance. Due to this reason, I was very much happy when I started to receive the transfer from Givedirectly. Through the transfer from Givedirectly, I have been able to achieve my dream of building a new house that will accommodate my family and I. Moreover before receiving this transfer from Givedirectly, my new goal has been to invest into business that will help me continue to earn more money in the future.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion about what is not done well by GiveDirectly, I have not been able to see anything of such. GiveDirectly have done very much well by reaching out to all deserving households in my village and I enrolling them on the program. I am very happy for the opportunity because it has helped me and my family a lot.

I was so glad to receive my recent transfer because through it I have been able to achieve my dream of building a new house for the comfort of my family and I. The remaining portion of the transfer, I invested it into business to support my children in the future and also be able to earn enough money in the future.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
Our town was down for some town without network so we never had access to calls or messages. It was one Friday morning while arranging my goods to go to the market ground, I overheard some people talking about GD transfer, so when I got to the market ground where I had access to network, I hurriedly give my phone to someone to check my account, and Blessedly for me, my transfer had been sent. I was so excited.
